El Albillo is a white wine with bright, tangy acidity and notes of tropical fruits, toasted coconut, and cider. I call it my wild child, as it marches to the beat of its own drum, changes with the wind, and surprises you every time you open a bottle. Best served cold, consumed with friends, and maybe paired with something fresh and salty (I prefer boquerones al vinagre or some olives).

La Garnacha is a flirty, fruity wine with a little sparkle and a subtle seriousness. It’s a bright, medium-bodied red wine with notes of cherries, currants, and forest fruits. A slight carbonation brings out the fruit while the tannins provide a long finish. Best served slightly chilled in a cozy environment, and maybe paired with some fried chicken and laughter if possible.

Only 1,000 bottles produced, this small batch wine was fermented by native yeast and is unfiltered and unfined. Best served slightly chill, this fruity, herbal wine is refreshing, complex and fun.
